All I could think of was how powerful my emotions were and how they had a direct effect on my physical body. It shocked me so much that I forgot what I was even mad about. Instantly, a huge fever blister appeared on my face. I wanted to scream (dramatic much, I know…), but instead, I balled up my fist, closed my eyes, and screamed internally. I was angry, sad, and felt frustrated all at once. This particular day, I was very upset about something. Sure, I knew about energy from science class, but I mostly saw it as something happening out there, not inside of me. I clearly remember the first time I really understood that our body is pure energy. But, before I share this knowledge with you, I want to tell you a story that will help you understand what supreme beings we are. This is something that I know a great deal about.
